Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and location. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders — check at checkout for current thresholds.

Order Tracking

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at support@ketchmarket.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
